The ultimate voice and final consideration of all things Nox rest upon the will of the High Council.

If there is ever a question as to the best solution to a given situation arises it should be presented to the High Council around the Council Fire (forum).
High Council Members should have at least 1 week to give voice to anything presented before the Council Fire.

The High Council also has the option to try and "undo", as they may see fit, any actions of the Guild Leader or Officers.

The Guild Leader:

The Guild Leader may may make "executive" action without consulting the Council at thier own descretion as well as appoint officers after consulting the Active Council.
Additionally a Guild Leader will be appointed (or retained) every 6 months on or near the Fall or Spring Equinox.

The Nox Officers:

Officers may Guild or Deguild members at thier own discretion after consulting with other active officers or council members in the noxcouncil channel or tells.

The Nox Council:

The Nox Council consist of former Leaders, Semi-Active Officers, as well as a very few members who have earned the mark of Nox Loyalist.

The Circle of Elders:

The Circle of Elders will consist of the Elder Spirits of Nox who otherwise would be considered a member of the Nox Council.

Finally, In the event an official vote is required for the final verdict or decision on an issue, the results will be talied after 1 week from the post in a single Council Fire thread with only the results to be posted in the Nox Lounge (forum) with the original thread to be deleted at the High Councils discretion.

Votes will be counted as follows:
Guild Leader = 4 votes
Nox Officers = 3 votes each
Nox Council = 2 votes each
Council of Elders = 1 vote each

It is my hope that these guidlines for a "Ballance of Power" will help perpetuate future "Generations" of the Nox.
